Call for Sessions
Sessions are small and specialized events to be held during the conference that are highly specialized in automatic control, mechanical engineering, industrial electronics and information science of the works of some particular international projects. The submitted review process is beginning, and we will notify all those who have submitted sessions 1 week before conference day, as to whether their proposal was accepted for inclusion in the conference program. We will be pleased to accept latest submissions. Each Session should consist of at least 8 paper presentations. For that session, the organizer or his team can present 2 papers at most. The Session organizer will be responsible for advertising the workshop, and selecting and reviewing the papers. Papers accepted for Sessions will be published in the proceedings of ESAET.
Submission of Proposals
Proposals to organize Sessions should include the following information:
The title of the Session
The name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address(es) of the proposer(s)
A description of the topic of the Session (not exceeding 120 words)
A short description on the means of advertisement for the Session

Important Information
Papers for Sessions should be submitted directly to the corresponding organizers, who also define the deadlines. After the paper selection, the Sessions organizers must send the final accepted papers to the Secretary of ESAET no later than the deadlines defined by the conference.
